SOUTH-EAST- CULTURAL / NORTH-WEST-COMMERCIAL SERVICES

The Project’s program is related to the cultural and commercial concentration in the present city of Belgorod. Through an analysis a clear area of commercial uses was found in the north-west part of the city and cultural services on the south-east. Therefore, the project has a clear distribution of the mentioned uses that generate a diagonal that will create different life environments related to different activities within the project and that will coexist in the project’s central square.

The public squares and gardens are designed with landscape changes that allow spaces for different uses such as happenings in an amphitheater, gardens for picnics, squares for exhibitions, terraced areas for restaurants and cafes, walking and cycling routes.
